In short, our exchange policy is exactly the same as our return policy.
Our return policy exists to make sure you can still exchange mistakenly ordered products or replace an incorrectly delivered product.
We provide a 45 day return period, during which you have enough time to make sure you have received the correct product and can send it back to us should there be any issues. The return period is always counted from the date listed on the original proof of purchase receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these criteria. Returns on discounted or sales items are not accepted.
