5.8 Will my item be repaired or replaced?

Whenever you send in an item for an exchange or warranty, we make sure to replace it with a brand new board of the same model for you. If you have a warranty that has been accepted, and we are currently out of stock of the same board, we will ask you to make a choice between waiting for our next restock (this can take quite some time), choosing an alternative size option for the same model, or choosing an alternative board model in the same price range.

If you are willing to go for an alternative board in order to get set up again as soon as possible, you will be given store credit for the board that has been accepted under warranty. This means that if you choose to go for a more expensive board, you will still be asked to pay the difference. However, if you choose to go for a cheaper board, you will not be refunded the remaining difference.
