If you request a refund, we will do our best to make sure the money is back in your account as soon as possible. For that to happen, we do need to make sure a few things have been confirmed before we can issue the refund.
Most importantly, we must have received your return shipment at our warehouse, in an unused condition with all original packaging and shipping labels included. Once we have assessed the condition of the product the refund will be issued to your original form of payment right away.
The transfer of money back into your account may take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your bank provider. Please have patience during this time and consider that your money is still on the way before reaching out to us again with further questions.
