When processing warranty claims it is important we have a complete overview of the situation, which means we do need to confirm ALL of the information/details we request from you at submission. Don’t worry, we will never ask for something we don’t actually need, but if you could make sure to submit your claim with all of the requested photos and pieces of information, it will go a long way toward speeding up the process for you!
For snowboards, please make sure you have included the following:
- Your contact details & shipping address
- Photos of the defect from different angles
- Photos of the full board base & full top sheet
- Photo of the serial number stamped into the top sheet of the board
- A copy of your proof of purchase
For bindings, please make sure you have included the following:
- Your contact details & shipping address
- Photos of the defect from different angles
- Photos of the full binding (attached and detached from the board)
- A copy of your proof of purchase
For apparel and soft goods, please make sure you have included the following:
- Your contact details & shipping address
- Photos of the defect from different angles
- Photos of the full product
- A copy of your proof of purchase
