If your order has already been sent to the warehouse before ourRider Support can step in, we are unable to cancel it at that point, so you will have to reject the package upon delivery.
As soon as we receive the product back at our warehouse in an unused condition - including all original shipping labels and tags - we will issue the refund to your original form of payment. Please consider that a refund might take up to 3-5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank provider.
