2.4 How can I get a refund?

Please keep in mind that we are only able to issue a refund if the products are returned in an unused condition, including all original packaging, shipping labels and product tags. Any gifts or promotional goods that were received along with the item to be refunded must also be returned.

Returns on discounted or sale items are not accepted, unless there are manufacturing defects or shipping damages which are covered by warranty.
