2.5 How can I return or exchange a product I ordered?

Please keep in mind that we are only able to accept returns or exchanges if the products are in an unused condition and returned with all original packaging, shipping labels and product tags. Any gifts or promotional goods that were received along with the item to be exchanged or refunded must also be returned.

Returns on discounted or sale items are not accepted, unless there are manufacturing defects or shipping damages which are covered by warranty.
