Once our warehouse receives your shipment, they'll double check for damage and missing labels before approving your return. At that time, we'll initiate your exchange or refund.
To get your refund dialed as quick as possible, keep an eye on your tracking info, and shoot me a message when your return is delivered. Our warehouse is quite good at letting us know, but they can be delayed at times.
